Automatic filling machines are special filling for liquid items, with 1, 2, 4 or 6 heads filling, would reach the speed 1800 bottles per hour for 500 ml bottle. Filling capacity is 100 – 5000 ml, filling accuracy is ±1 %. To operate the machine needs compressed air supply with a pressure of 0.6 – 0.8 MPa. PLC controlled, parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen.
