Single Head ROPP Cap Sealing Machine is used to apply the Pilfer Proof / ROPP Cap / Aluminium Cap on Bottle. It can deliver the output up to 50 Bottles per minute. Parts coming in contact with the vial / aluminum cap /exposed to the atmosphere are made out of stainless steel. A photo sensing device stops machine automatically in the event, there is no cap in delivery chute.

This Rotary Jar Capping Machine can be made available in 4 -6-8-12 Head Configuration depending upon the Production Output Requirement at Customer end. Parts coming in contact with the Plastic bottle / Screw Plastic cap / exposed to the atmosphere are made out of S.S 304. A photo sensing device stops machine in the event, there is no cap in delivery chute.

The machine is fabricated from premium quality steel and is used for vial inspection in pharmaceutical and food industries. Output: 80 - 250 vials per minute.
