Fast drying, the temperature could be strictly controlled during drying to assure the quality of material after drying. PLC controlled, parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen. The machine is equipped with counting and display functions. The transmission system structure is simple, operates stably and is fitted with a shutdown device when there are no bottles. The machine activates automatically when bottles are detected.
The machine is suitable for products that require rapid heating for sterilization, drying and cooling after sterilization. The system consists of forced convection fan and air deflectors. Under the strong driving of the fan and the guidance of air deflectors, the high temperature mixed sterilization medium (pure steam and clean air) in the sterilization chamber forms vortex airflow which flows evenly through the products for heating and sterilization.
The machine is mainly used for drying powder or granules from pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemical and so on industries. Fluid bed achieves fast heat transmission of medium. Seal negative pressure operation, there is no dust. The machine is in conformity with the requirements of GMP.
Purified and heated air is introduced from the bottom through suction fan and passed through the screen plate of raw material. In the work chamber, the state of fluidization is formed through stirring and negative pressure. The moisture is evaporated and removed rapidly and the raw material is dried quickly.
The clean and hot air enters into fluid bed through distributor of valve plate. The wet material is fed from the feeder forms the fluid state by hot air. Because of the wide contact between hot air and raw materials, the time of drying is short. The machine works under negative pressure.
