Description
The station provides stabilization of the products on the line thanks to the gripper conveyor in the first stage. Then, the sensors perform the control of Tuck Flaps and Closure Panels. The problematic products (open or defected packaging) are separated from the line with the reject mechanism. The station has separate and individual sensors and reject boxes for each step of the operation, and it is ideal for operators because of its single control screen.
