Description
The Vacuum Decapsulator creates the air jet to transform 4-5bar compressed air provided by outside air source into the high-frequency pulsed vacuum. The high-frequency pulsed air continuously draws capsules in the working chamber within a certain period. As a result, capsules separate gradually; powder or pellets inside fall down into the barrel. Due to flexible forces instead of mechanical forces, capsule shells keep completely intact. Max Efficiency: 1000 caps/min
