Advantage Machinery offers a variety of case erecting solutions. Starting with our entry level CE-25AF, which is an efficient and easy to use automatic Case Erector. The machine has a non-stop loading system for the folded boxes. The machine use a PLC to control all of the funtions of the machine. The machine first opens up the folded box, then folds the 2 short bottom flaps followed by the 2 short long flaps. The box is then pushed into the taping section where the bottom of the box is taped. The machine can be integrated with our CS-TSC to make an efficient production line. Different models are available, including high speed, servo controlled size changes, automatic load, gluing system, case formers, drop packers, case loaders, stainless steel models and much more.
