For front and back labeling on oval, rectangular, or other irregular shaped bottles in the cosmetic, daily chemical, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. A920T offers high labeling precision up to ±0.5mm, and high speed up to 200 bpm.

The A922U is a multi-function labeling system that can handle front/back and top labeling on the three sides of flat bottles. The system is also equipped with a wrap-around station for wrap-around labeling on round bottles with orientation, and a top labeling engine for labeling on the cap of the bottles.

Suitable for three kinds of bottle shape (round, square, flat etc.), makes two labels and orientation labeling requirement possible. Speed up to 140 bottles per minute for orientation labeling; two labels and common round bottle labeling speed up to 200 bottles per minute.

Using a synchronized swing-hand secondary alignment mechanism to ensure extra precision in the normal front/back labeling mode for oval, rectangular, and other shaped bottles. Also equipped with an added-on turn-table for stationary bottle rotation to achieve wrap-around labeling on round bottle with orientation.

A928 is designed for seal labeling on two opposite corners of small pharmaceutical cartons. It is an ideal equipment to connect to high speed cartoners for subsequent corner sealing of the cartons at the end of the line.

Designed to meet the compact space constraint of the packaging line, A928E takes a footprint of only 1m by 1.2m (not including connection conveyor), while offers the same functionality and performance of the A928. Capacity: 80~120 ppm

PA6300 enables real time printing and application of labels on to product packages. Information such as production data, serial & batch numbers, anti-counterfeit numbers, unique product ID, packaging data, and distribution channel data etc. can be printed to the label in characters, barcodes, or 2D codes, or even in the form of RFID.
