Full-automatic thermoforming and filling packaging line is special for various kind vacuum packed products, like pickled vegetable, meat product, grain products etc. PLC controlled; parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen. To operate the machine needs compressed air supply with a pressure of at least 0.6 MPa. Compressed air consumption is at least 0.7 m3 per minute.

This machine can be used to manufacture 202-603# easy-tear lid, and especially suitable for bigger 307-603# iron easy-tear lid, it can automatically complete the functions of cover feeding, punching, deep drawing, crimping, aluminum foil pre-sealing, sealing, embossing and output. Independent servo controls each function module, adjusts parameters separately, and achieves high-speed response and synchronous movement.

Equipped with input pump, the machine could automatically pack the products in high temperature that will improve the productivity, decrease the cost, and avoid making the twice packing. Fully automatic liquid / paste products quantitative bag packaging equipment is widely used in packing filling of sweetened bean paste, filling of lotus meat, fruit jam, Chinese watermelon jam, cheese jam, sauce, salad, lotion, liquid, semi liquid.

This machine can do the work of bag-making, weighting, filling, filling the nitrogen, date coding, and bag-cutting. It is suitable for packing power and granule material such as milk tea, monosodium glutamate, solid beverage, sugar, grape sugar, coffee, feedstuff, solid medicine, powder type additive, and dye, etc. Packing speed is 25 – 60 bags per minute.
