The machine is a part of our plastic bottle packing line. It can supply the bottle to next machine, such counting machine, filling machine, etc. It is compatible to other machines and is able to supply bottle to two producing lines simultaneously through two separate conveyors. Capacity is 80 – 200 bottles per minute.

The machine is suitable for medicine, chemical and food industries, it can meet to higher capacity production requirement for tablet and capsule strip packing. The main function: Automatic feeding, sieving, automatic filling material, high speed heat-sealing, vertical and horizontal perforation, batch number printing, product cutting, defective sorting, finished product counting, waste material disposal, product output.

The machine is controlled by touch screen, easy to adjust all data parameters, simple operation and easy maintenance. It can realize automatic sorting, automatic cap feed-ing, automatic counting, automatic capping and automatic bottle output, etc., and adopts intelligent control of counting and filling system, pressing caps at a speed of up to 120 bottles per minute, and completing the effervescent tablets tube loading quickly and efficiently.

The Machine can be used in the industries of pharmaceutics, foodstuffs, cosmetics, daily chemicals for smoothly and accurately filling all kinds of pasty and viscous fluid and the materials alike, into soft metal tubes and then carrying out tube end folding, sealing and lot number embossing. Optional air and vacuum cleaning function for empty tube.
