Premier Tech Chronos turntables comes standard with a section of CDLR mounted on top of the table. The conveyor’s rails are bolted to the table, and consist of 2 ½” diameter tubing rollers mounted to the rails with 2 hole flanged bearings on both ends. The rollers are placed on 3” centers with every roller being driven. The table is supported on heavy duty casters and is rotated by a chain drive. A Dodge Tigear 2 shafted reducer, 480V brake, and Baldor motor is used to control the turning of the table.
