This is a new designed linear type bottle washing machine, washing bottle by air. The machines are widely used in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries to clean small particles inside the bottle. Can be equipped with 4/6/8 or 10 nozzles. Adjustable height for different bottles. Output is 1200 – 4000 BPH.
The machine is used to clean plastic bottles with a diameter of up to 180 mm by means of blowing high pressure air. The air-washing nozzle of the air-washing replacement module meets the GMP standards. PLC controlled, parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen.
