Description

This is a high-speed, GMP-compliant production line for 1–20ml ampoules, integrating ultrasonic washing, hot-air sterilization, and precision filling-sealing. With 6–16 filling heads, it delivers outputs of 6,000–36,000 ampoules/hour. Features include PLC control, touchscreen operation, nitrogen purging, and contamination-free AISI316L/304 construction. Ideal for sterile injectable production, it ensures efficiency (78–90 kW power) and reliability in a compact design (up to 10m length).
