The INSPEK vision inspection system is a state-of-the-art technology used to inspect your products on the packaging line in order to identify and discard those that don’t comply with your quality standards. Designed to be integrated to our RPK robotic case packers, the INSPEK monitors all the products on the line before they are packed into cases, trays, totes, etc. When a product is identified as defective by the INSPEK, the information is sent to the case packer allowing the robot to reject it. In other words, it helps you reach better results and increase the satisfaction of your customers by maximizing the quality of the products you sent to their store. If you don’t have a case packer from Premier Tech Chronos, we can adapt the INSPEK so you can use it with equipment from other manufacturers. A bullet proof solution is also available, a reject conveyor that can reject only the defective units at a rate of 300 per minute.
An operator views six ampoules through a magnifying glass. The filled ampoules are loaded in to the infeed chute from where they are transferred in batches by an index wheel onto a linear transfer rack. Illumination from behind the ampoules assists in light refraction of particles/fibers. Output: 60 – 72 ampules per minute.
SDPJ500 equipment is used for visual inspection using a light shade of glass bottles for infusion solution after the sterilization process. The number of light stations is a dependence on the performance of the processing line.
SRJL Leak Detector is designed to check the quality of pre-welding. Inspection is carried out by pressure. This equipment is characterized by simple structure and easy operation. Pressure and speed are adjustable.
The inspections machine is used to check Saline bottles cosmetically. The bottles are fed in tilted condition at a particular angle by channels provided at the input of the machine. Then the bottles are conveyed along with the indexing which leads to agitate the bottles, so the periphery of the bottles, bottom, sealing area & area checked through rear mirrors are visible to the magnifying lens, and related rejected bottles are ejected manually by the operators, and rest of the bottles are allowed to proceed further to the channels which exist the same for further operation.
The machine is used for light inspection of liquid injectables in glass containers. High resolution CCD linear array sensor can get high definition image to ensure inspection of tiny impurity (min 30 micron). Easily operating human machine interface with touch screen LCD tablet computer. Size & quantity of impurity of defective goods can be adjusted according to different requirements.
Inspection table have stainless steel structure with moving S.S. mechanical slat chain. The operators in turn pick up the bottles & visually inspect the bottles in the alternate white & black background to check for any particles in the liquid filled, sealed & breakage of bottle. PVC black & white board as per GMP norms. Output depends on operator.
