Description
Designed for inspecting bottles with products. Bottles are loaded onto the feeding platform, then delivered to the infeed screw, which drives bottles into the infeed star wheel one by one. Bottles are moving to the main rotary turret that exist six cameras to detect foreign matter, liquid level, defective bottle body and cap. Unqualified products will be rejected via star wheel to the rejection bin, while qualified products will be sent out to the collection tray.
