The Model 1200SP is a fully automatic and self-contained labeler designed to apply one or two body labels to round containers. Note that for two label applications (front and back) the labels must be alternating from the same web. This machine also is capable of applying a neck label. It precisely controls web feed and placement by utilizing Spin-in-Place labeling techniques in addition to a stepper labeling drive. Spin-in-Place means that the label starting point is referenced from the wall of the container instead of the base, which is generally a better reference point. Gripper plates are designed to the bottle diameter for increased accuracy. This machine excels in label placement accuracy.
The Model 1000FS Pressure Sensitive Labeler uses feed screw infeed to increase precision spacing, accuracy, and speed. It is designed to apply one body label only on round bottles and on one side of a rectangular bottle. It is also equipped with a servo-driven label applicator. The 1000FS precisely controls web feed and label placement through the use of a single feed screw, powerful PLC, quality photo-eye and gap sensors, and a sophisticated electronic braking drive. There is no clutch/brake mechanism that will wear out. All machine functions are controlled through the PLC interface.
The Model 1500NR Labeler is designed to apply front and back labels to non-round bottles at speeds up to 150 bottles per minute with excellent label placement accuracy. With the inclusion of our wrap station assembly, the Model 1500NR Labeler can apply single full wraps to round bottles, making it truly a versatile labeler. It is also capable of applying a neck label. The Model 1500NR Labeler has been designed for ease of use and convenience.
