Model 1920 is designed to serialize unit cartons. This can be achieved using labels, laser coding or thermal inkjet coding. When added to your serialization plan, Model 1920 ensures that every unit carton is correctly marked.
Model 1220 is a labeling system designed for aggregation of unit packages into bundles. As the aggregated bundle enters the system, all the barcodes on the units are captured and uploaded to your MES database. The serialized barcode label for the bundle is then printed and applied. The data on the bundle label is inspected before leaving the system so only known good product is allowed to move to the next station.
The Model 1925 is a system designed to print and inspect labels as part of a serialization solution. The 1925 integrates into your Management Execution Software (MES) to ensure that labels printed off-line are correctly tracked and serialized within your system.
Model 1420 is a case packing labeling system that incorporates a print-apply labeling unit, inspection station and reject system. Cases are aggregated, packed and sealed in an upstream case packer.
Model 1423 is a case packing station that incorporates a semi-automatic case former, inspection station, case sealer and print-apply labeler. Controlled by PLC, parameters are set via touchscreen. Base frame and control enclosures are made of stainless steel.
The Model 1922 is LSI’s print & apply solution, for packing, aggregation and labeling of pharmaceutical cases. PLC controlled, parameters are set via touchscreen. Base frame and control enclosures are made of stainless steel. 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance is available when integrating with a compliant software solution
