This Series is a production-scale tablet coating machine for efficient film and sugar coating. It features a fully perforated drum, Schlick anti-bearding spray nozzles, and unique baffles for even coverage and minimal tablet damage. Its automated, recipe-driven HMI ensures repeatable batches compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11. The streamlined airflow design increases drying efficiency, reducing coating times and costs. Available in multiple sizes, it includes options for WIP cleaning and HEPA filtration.
