This series sealer is in the function on continuous carry, seal and print in one operation. The machine adopts electronic constant temperature mechanism and stepless speed adjusts transmission mechanism, it can seal plastic film in various kinds of materials. Sealing width is 6 – 12 mm and sealing speed is 0 – 12 m/ min.

The offered induction sealer is capable of hermetically seal the plastic and glass container tops. Our offered induction sealer is based on the non-contact method of metallic disk heating, to attain a leak proof seal. Neck size is 50-80 mm in diameter; output is up to 30-50 bottles / min.

Designed for automatic wrapping bottles with sleeve labels. Controlled by PLC, parameters are set via touchscreen. To operate the machine needs compressed air with a pressure of 4 – 6 kg/cm2. Output is up to 10 pcs per minute.
