This fully automatic stick pack packaging machine is designed to fill as untouched and affixed to the three sides of the disposable stick pack types like ketchup, mayonnaise, honey, olive oil, jam, mustard and all kind of liquid foods and liquid cosmetic producst such as shampoo, liquid soap to the three sides of the stick pack types.The machine can produce 90-105 pcs/min with 3 lanes and 180-210 pcs/min with 6 lanes and 240-280 pcs/min with 8 lanes, 300 – 350 pcs/min with 10 lanes.

This fully automatic packaging machine is designed to prepare sachet type packages (affixed on 4 sides) and to place untouched liquid products into the sachets. Ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, olive oil, liquid soap, shampoo, water, conditioner, gel, conditioner and similar liquid and gel-like products can be packaged with the precise servo motor filling system on the machine. Machine can run with high speed of 40-45 sachets/lane/min sachets depending on number of filling lanes.
