The machine works by using steam or electric heater heating the air, which uniformly dries the product. During the drying process the humid air is exhausted and replenished with fresh hot and dry air. The oven is used for production of powders, granules, dyes, dehydrated vegetables, dried fruit, drying varnish, etc.

Applications: pharma, food and chemical industry, other fields where boiling dry is used. The machine consists of a dryer, air filter, air heater, fan, temperature-controlled devices. The fluid bed has round shape avoiding dead ends. The installation design is in full compliance with GMP requirements.
