The unit designed to fill containers with aerosols and is operated on a table by the operator either automatically or manually. For filling process, the operator puts the containers under the filling nozzles and the filling is started by pressing on the foot pedal. To operate the unit needs compressed air with pressure 4 – 6 kg / cm3.

The unit is designed to gas and crimp containers with aerosols and is operated on a table by the operator manually. The containers with valves on them are put under the crimping unit, and by pressing on the foot pedal the process of crimping and gas filling would be completed at the same time.

The machine is designed for screw and cap triggers, dispensers etc. for homecare or lotion pump kind of products; it works automatically and with high efficiency. The diameters of the pumps, height and width of container can be easily adjusted. In addition, the conveyor height can be adjusted as well according to the filling line conveyor to be added to the main system.
