The servo tray former will automate your tray erecting process on the production floor. It is equipped with 2-stage servo-driven forming, active blank magazine, and Nordson glue system. No tools changeover – generally less than 5 minutes. High-speed tray forming up to 60 trays per minute.

The single cell tray/carton packer combines three separate operations into a single unit on your production floor. The equipment will form the tray/carton, load the product, and seal all within one frame. Output is up to 10 trays/cartons per minute. Equipped with color touchscreen for setting parameters.

Industrial robot top loading module able to reach speeds up to 50 picks per minute. Loads single or multiple cases at once. Coupled to Nuspark’s NCE-25 case erector and NTS-25 top sealer for a complete case packing system.
