The machine is designed to clean vials, bottle and similar containers with utmost precision. Machine works on A/C current. Independent line connections for various systems is provided, along with an additional connection for washing & rinsing the outside of the container. Output is up to 9000 containers per hour.

The Vertical Ultrasonic Washing Machine is used for washing bottles and containers. It performs the following procedures automatically: bottle conveying, ultrasonic washing, rinsing with air-water alternatively, and bottle outputting.

The Automatic Bottle Washing Machine is used to remove dust particles and other contaminants from containers prior to sending containers through liquid fillers or other machines. The containers are automatically indexed into the jet. The grippers capture the containers and then invert them 180 degrees over the adjustable rinse heads.

This machine is used for washing and drying straight bottles. Output: 80 – 120 bottles per minute. Suitable bottles: 10 – 20 ml straight bottles. Drying temperature: 120 – 140 ^oC. Deionized water consumption: 0.5m³ / h, pressure: 0.2 - 0.3MPa. Power supply: 380V 50Hz.

This machine is used for washing 50 – 500 ml glass bottles. Output: 60 – 100 bottles per minute, water consumption: 0.5 m³ per hour. Purified compressed air consumption: 0.5 m3 per minute, pressure: 0.2 – 0.25 MPa. Power supply: 380V 50Hz.

This machine is used for washing vials and bottles. Output: 60 – 120 bottles per minute, applied bottles: 2 - 100 ml glass bottles. Ultrasonic power: 1KW. Power supply: 380V 50Hz.

This machine is used for washing low-dose oral liquid bottles and ampules. Circulating water flow: 0.6 m³ per hour, output: 250 – 400 bottles per minute, purified water consumption: 0.4 – 0.5 m³ per hour, pressure: 0.2 – 0.3 MPa. Power supply: 380V 50Hz.

This machine is used for washing various round or irregular form glass containers. Output: 100 – 400 bottles per minute, water consumption: 0.5 – 1 m³ per hour. Clean air consumption: 0.4 – 0.6 m3 per minute. Power supply: 380V 50Hz. PLC control system.
