This machine is a high-tech product which successfully developed and designed by adopting advanced technology from abroad and strictly meets GMP requirement. PLC controller and color touch screen are applied and made it possible for programmable control of the machine. It can perform the filling for ointment, cream jellies or viscosity material, sealing or tail folding, batch number embossing (including manufacture date) automatically.
The machine is widely used for filling tubes in cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. All components in contact with the products are made of 316 stainless steel, in line with GMP standard. Output is 3000 – 3600 tubes per hour.
The sealing adopts two sealing wheels to seal, the first knife completes the crimping, and the second knife completes the crimping. The structure is simple and the adjustment is convenient. PLC controlled, parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen. Filling capacity is 900 ~ 1200 tubes per hour (depending on material fluidity and filling volume).
