The W4201N can overwrap items in multiple columns and rows that are accumulated and transferred from pre-process. This model designed for pharmaceutical industries based on the experiences of typical carton size, accumulating patterns or packaging processes. Size change for different items to be overwrapped can be completed in just 20 minutes.
This model has 5 common patterns to be chosen for accumulation and style can be selected to lay accumulated items either on edge or lay them out in a flat line. Depending on the products, most appropriate pattern will be offered. Automatic feeding device can be equipped as pre-process to collect and accumulate single or double layers to transfer to the W4202 overwrapping machine.
