Automatic machine JET-CPR-AUTO-HS is designed for sealing round or other shapes of glass / plastic / PET / HDPE / HDPE bottles. The machine has a speed of up to 60 -120 bottles / minute, depending on the size and shape of the bottle.
The machine is suitable for capping plastic and glass bottles with round caps, plastic and metal caps. The machine can be easily dismantled for cleaning and maintenance. Maximal output is 100 bottles per minute.
This machine is designed for capping round and square bottles with round flat caps and it is controlled by a PLC with digital indication. The height of its capping mechanism is easy to adjust using a hand wheel. Capping speed is up to 40 bottles per minute. The machine needs air pressure 0.4 – 0.6 MPa to operate.

Automatic screwing is integrated with vacuuming. The machine can handle caps with diameter 37 – 70 mm and bottles 40 – 85 mm in diameter and 80 – 180 mm in height.
Advanced HMI and PLC provide for full control over the machine and guarantee automatic shut-down, if bottles or caps are inaccessible.
