This semi-automatic machine performs integrated filling, sealing, and batch coding of aluminum, laminate, and PVC tubes. It is used for packaging viscous and semi-viscous products like creams, ointments, and pastes in volumes from 10g to 250g. With a tube diameter range of 12mm to 50mm, it achieves an output of up to 25 tubes per minute. The machine is constructed with MS cladded in SS 304 and complies with USFDA and EU GMP standards for pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications.
