The Motor-Driven Roller Conveyor is a quiet conveyor with zero pressure accumulation and ''run‑on‑demand'' logic. This conveyor is perfect for cases, totes, bundles, jugs, trays, pails, etc.
The pop-up-wheel Belt Sorter Conveyor consists of a belt conveyor with two rows of wheels at divert points. The wheels are skewed (angled in relation to conveyor flow), and they pop-up pneumatically to steer cartons onto outbound live roller junctions at either 30 or 45 degrees.
The Belt Driven Live Roller Conveyor is designed to transport medium to heavy cartons. Applications for this conveyor vary from manufacturing to distribution operations. A unique cam controls line pressure accumulation. Minimum Pressure (MP) or Zero Pressure (CFC) options are available.
The V-Belt Driven Live Roller Conveyor consists of rollers, driven by a V-belt, which is pushed up against the carrying rollers with snub or pressure sheaves. Various configurations are available: straight conveyor, self-powered curves, slave-driven curves and self-powered spurs. These conveyors allow for several layout options including curves of 90, 60, 45, and 30 degrees.
Premier Tech Chronos' Gravity Conveyors can be designed with rollers, wheels or balls. Light, intermediate and heavy-duty layouts are available to meet all of the customer's needs.
The 90-Degree Pallet Transfer Conveyors are ideal for right angle transfer of pallets or loads from chain conveyors, chain-driven live roller or belt-driven live roller onto a chain conveyor. Several standard combinations are available: two, three or four strands of 3/4" pitch, precision conveyor chains. Special "C" shape of UHMW wear strips are used to support the chain. Pneumatic air bags and a special linkage mechanism enable accurate and smooth lifting and lowering of pallets, drums, etc.
The 90-Degree Turntable Conveyor is used to rotate products at 90 degrees. Powered CDLR transition rollers, mounted on the turntable deck's apron, help move the product on and off the turntable. Optional transition gravity roller sections (to fill gaps created by radius of turntable) are available.
Premier Tech Chronos transportation chain conveyors are constructed with welded frames consisting of 7ga formed steel rails and structural steel cross members. Standard hollow shaft Dodge Tigear 2 reducers and Baldor motors are shaft mounted to the chain conveyors drive shaft. The drives are centrally located allowing the chain conveyors to be properly used in reversing applications. The load is conveyed with RC80 chain supported by UHMW wear strips.
Premier Tech Chronos transportation chain driven live roller (CDLR) conveyors are constructed with welded frames consisting of 7ga formed steel rails and structural steel cross members. Rollers are 2-1/2” diameter tubing with welded sprockets, 11/16” spring-loaded hexagon thru-axles, precision bearings are pressed in and swedged. Rollers will be equally spaced on 3 1/4", 4", or 6” centers, with every roller being driven with individual chain loops. The roller to roller chain drives are fully enclosed in an 11ga chain guard. Standard hollow shaft Dodge Tigear 2 reducers and Baldor motors are shaft mounted to the CDLR’s drive roller.
The Chain-Driven Live Roller Conveyor is designed to convey heavy loads such as loaded pallets or drums. This heavy-duty chain conveyor is perfect to convey pallets, drums and a wide variety of heavy units. Many features such as rollers, gear motors and width can be adapted to the customer's.
