The machine is used to attach tags to bags with tea, coffee and other bagged materials. The length of bag and string are adjustable. The machine is easy to operate and it can satisfy the frequent changes of the markets. PLC controlled, parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen.

Perform a data base look up and print and apply a top sheet card (either flat or folded) and apply it to the proper stack, verify that the information on the tickets matches the printed information on the top sheet. Design/build and install a complete turnkey large format poster collation and tipping system. A C750 feeds the large (up to 36”x40”) backer card in the dual lugged conveyor, glue is applied across the backer card and the poster is tipped on using a VC200 vacuum feeder. The tipped on posters have glue applied to the outside edges and the matte frame is tipped on using another C750 feeder. The finished prints are then labelled and ready for sale.
