Total Compact Monoblock cGMP model. All parts and assemblies coming in contact with powder are made of S.S.316. Filling in containers with ROPP cap. Sterilized dry containers are fed by turntable. The sterilized powder is stored in powder hopper and agitated for maintaining consistency and uniform bulk density.
Compact Automatic High Speed Double Head Machine. The machine consist of a turn table, S.S. slat conveyor belt, auger type filling head, easy–reach compact panel with sensor screen. All Product Contact Parts are in SS 316. No bottles No filling System.
