Inline Capping Machine Series

This Machine Series is used for applying screw caps to bottles in pharmaceutical and other industries. Bottles are fed via conveyor to the capping station, where a servo-driven gripper picks and presses caps using a three-jaw cylinder. It features defect detection for missing caps or foil, bottle-synchronized operation, and quick mold changes. Stainless steel construction meets GMP, with optional torque detection system.
