The capper PCT-1506 is a reliable, high performance machine, designed in conformance with current and proposed GMPs. Having a small footprint, it is effective in maintaining the integrity of a clean room environment. Few size changeover parts are required. Bulk caps are poured into the hopper where they are oriented and pressed on bottles by 6 capping heads. The capped are delivered to the conveyor via the exit starwheel and then checked by the reject system.
