NJP Series Automatic Capsule Filling Machine

The Machine is designed for pharmaceutical and health supplement industries. It uses an intermittent rotary mechanism and tamping method to fill powder and granules into hard gelatin capsules. The fully enclosed ten-station turret minimizes dust. Suitable for capsule sizes 00# to 5#, the NJP-1200 model achieves a speed of 1,200 capsules per minute with a filling error of ±2.5–3.5%. It features modular components for easy cleaning.
