The GLX2-25 model vial liquid washing-drying-filling-stoppering production line is composed of the QCL series vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine, ASMR tunnel hot air circulation sterilizing oven and KGF series vial liquid filling- stoppering machine, whilst the three component machines can also be used independently. Suitable for production of vial injection of 2-25ml, it can complete more than 20 procedures such as spray and water filling, ultrasonic rough washing, bottle exterior wall washing, etc.
The machine is suitable for high-precision filling of ampoules and vials, as well as filling and sealing of ampoules, and automatic stoppering of vials. PLC controlled, parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen. The machine is provided with the functions of no filling in case of no bottle and no stoppering. The surfaces are made of high quality 304 stainless steel, conforming to GMP requirements.
The KGF series vial liquid filling-stoppering machine adopts 10-needle linear tracking filling. The rotary table vacuum stoppering and stopple pressing are carried out. The new type ceramic plunger-metering pump is featured by high precision, high efficiency and high speed. PLC controlled, parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen. The surfaces are made of high quality stainless steel, conforming to GMP requirements.
The machine is a new generation standalone multi-needle wire drawing filling machine. It is designed with the rectangular bottle-conveying mode to make ampoule-conveying process to be more stable and lower the bottles breakage rate. The bottle discharging structure abandons the traditional bottle-conveying mode, making bottle unscrambling to be more reasonable and increasing the rate of finished products.
