This is an automatic monoblock filler capper for liquids in pharmaceuticals, food, and cosmetics. It combines volumetric piston filling (20-1000ml range) and automatic capping (flip-top, screw, ROPP caps) in one GMP-compliant unit. It features PLC control, bottom-diving nozzles to prevent foam, and stops when no bottle is present. The machine operates at speeds of 3,600-5,000 bottles per hour with a high filling precision of ≤±1%.
