This machine is fabricated using S.S square pipes and is supported on adjustable bolts. These are widely used in pharmaceutical processing industries all across the globe and consist of three-track conveyor with stainless steel structure and square pipes with moving S.S. slat chain. Capacity is 40 – 120 bottles per minute.

Automatic visual inspection machine can be applied to various pharmaceutical products, including powder injections, freeze-drying powder injections, small-volume vial/ampoule injections, large-volume glass bottle/plastic bottle IV infusion etc. The inspection station can be configured according to customer actual needs.

Automatic Water-bath Leakage Tester is used for detecting various aerosol products, is not limited by can body materials, and can continuously detect the products completely. Pressure in cans rises due to soaking in hot water, and individual aerosol cans with poor pressure resistance will be leaked, deformed or burst, thus being removed.
