CY-150 Sleeve Labeling Machine is custom built to meet the exacting demands of manufacturers and suppliers. It can be used as a standalone or integrated in-line and matching filling equipment speeds. It is built upon a framework of seam welded, food grade stainless steel section. This solid foundation keeps movement and vibration to an absolute minimum to ensure consistent, accurate labeling.
Designed for labelling products with sleeve labels with length between 30 – 250 mm. Applicable label thickness is 0.03 – 0.13 mm. PLC controlled, parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen. The machine is simple, low cost, semi manual applications to the most demanding high speed, state-of-the-art applications.
The machine is suitable for the automatic shrinkage and the thermal contraction of various shaped bottles, such as round bottles, square bottles, flat bottles and curved bottles.
This machine adopts international advanced technology, cover the circle label on the bottles. And then hot shrinking to fix on the position which bottle body designed. It is controlled by micro-computer, automatic detection and position. PLC controlled, parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen. The machine meets cGMP requirements.

Self-adhesive sticker labeling is applicable for labeling round bottles of various sizes in food, medicine, daily chemical and other light industries. PLC controlled, parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen. Applicable bottles must be within 15 – 90 mm in diameter and 10 – 90 mm in height.
Automatic Shrink Sleeve Labeling Machine is mainly used with PVC, PET, and OPS labels. Single label feeding tray, microcomputer control automatic, automatic positioning, label change is done fast. Capacity is 250 bottles per minute.
