The SJIII-K series Automatic Granule Packaging Machine is designed and manufactured for packing granulated materials into plastic packs. It has reliable quality, high efficiency and beautiful shape. The machine is equipped with stepless speed adjustment and can automatically finish the processes of bag making, counting, filling, sealing, cutting and printing data on the bag.
The 4-side sealing bag VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) machine is suitable for packing granule, power, solid state materials, such as coffee, potato chips, puffed food, shrimp crackers, peanuts, nuts, popcorns, salt, sugar, tea, seeds, etc.
The machine is designed for packing powder and similar fine products. Maximal package size is 400 (L) x 200 (W) mm. At the customer’s request, the machine can be equipped with gas flushing system and barcode and date printer. For operation the machine needs compressed air (consumption is 150 lt/ minute) with pressure 6 bar.
