An ideal to granulate tablets, slugs and pellets. The Dry Granulator – SDG consists of two motor-driven rollers with teeth force. This forces the material to be granulated with a very low proportion of powder. This is a very sturdy attachment and can be run continuously for granulating tablets/slugs and pellets & Suitable to Attached in our Both Main Drive. Capacity: 18 Kgs / hour.

This machine is equipped with an oscillating rotor suitable to manufacturer wet granulates of various granule sizes. Each apparatus is supplied with one sieve. The following mesh sizes are available for the wet granulator on request. 6 mesh to 50 mesh. The capacity of the machine depends of the material and the mesh sizes of the sieve and is maximum 20-25 kg per hour.

Pelletizer is a unit that is equipped with a tilting and locking device, which is easy to operate. Parts coming into contact with the material to be processed are made of polished stainless steel. The material to be processed is fed manually, or with a metering device if a continuation is required. In accordance with the nature of the material, the necessary quantity of liquid to form the pellets is added in certain places.

The RMG performs dry mixing & wet granulating by basic design of the special four arm of the mixing impeller and sequences of the mixing process in the cylindrical mixing drum with rounded connection to the base plate, achieve another special effect. Max Working Volume: 25 Liter (10 Kg)

The Coating pan is used to produce uniform coating on tablets with the help of Baffles inside of pan. This can be mounting on the universal gearing and as a result different tilting angle can be set up to 45 Degree.The pan capacity is 9.5 Liters Approx. & Suitable to Attached in our Both Main Drive.
