The QVC automatic vacuum feeding machine utilizes compressed air to realize material conveying. Requiring no mechanical type vacuum pump, the compressed air passes through the vacuum generator of the vacuum feeder, thus high vacuum environment is created.

Use friction feeders capable of being moved from line to line, plant to plant in a collating format. All feeders can ‘plug and play’ on this line or on any other conveyer. Line controller insures feeders dispense on time and in sequence.
Design/build a custom collator and boxing line for greeting cards, business cards, direct mail and accompanying envelopes. Incorporating an automated in feed, a box gluing section, transfer the open top boxes through the line and allow the batch feeders to feed and drop off the collated set of cards and envelopes into the box automatically. The set then exits the line to be stacked offline or inline to a shrinkwrapper.
