Design/build and install a complete turnkey pre-paid telephone card verification and fulfillment system. The system feeds the pre-paid phone cards using the B350 series feeder with extended capacity autoloader, each card has either a human readable number or a bar code verified using an inline vision system. The read information is compared to a database, checked for sequence, print quality and count using the Longford industrial line controller. The completed sets are flow wrapped and secure labeled with package content. The system provides a full closed loop audit trail of all cards and products being produced.
