The machine has been developed for mixing ingredients used for wet granulation process. Multi blade impeller and chopper design provide for better floating and tumbling of material for dry & wet mixing; it forms a uniform wet granules. The equipment can be designed to be suitable for Vacuum Transfer System of material loading.

The commuting mill is a pharmaceutical machine designed for size reduction and granulation of wet and dry materials. All contact parts are made of SS316 stainless steel, while non-contact parts are made of SS304, ensuring durability and hygiene. The machine is equipped with a dynamically balanced beater assembly to reduce vibration and noise, and its throughput typically ranges from 25 to 300 kg per hour.
