The Rapid mixer/Granulator is a multi-purpose processor equally suitable for high speed dispersion of dry powders, aqueous or solvent granulations and effervescent products. Fluid Bed Dryers (FBD) are primarily used in almost all chemical, pharmaceutical, food, dyestuff and other process industries to dry materials by fluidization with hot and / or dehumidified air, which creates a turbulence in the wet product (not totally liquid) while flowing through it. The machine has a Modular Design and provides uniform drying with less drying time.

Roller compactor is used to compress fine powders into denser sheets using mechanical pressure. The basic concept of compaction is to force fine powders between two counter rotating rolls. As the volume decreases through the region of maximum pressure, the material is compressed into dense sticks or corrugated sheets.

A tray Dryer is an enclosed insulated chamber in which trays are placed on top of each other in trolleys. Tray Dryer are used where heating and drying are essential parts of manufacturing process in industries such as Chemicals, Dye stuff, Pharmaceutical, Food Products, Colours etc. The material to be dried either wet or solids are placed in the trays. Heat transfer is by circulation of hot air by electric heaters or steam in radiator coils.
