PK 30 PL / Combo is a fixed speed tube filling and sealing machine suitable for outputs of 45 tubes per minute. It is designed for filling and sealing, Plastic, Plastic laminate and Aluminum laminate tubes of up to 50mm diameter and with a maximum filling volume of 250 ml. The machine is designed for manual feed of tubes and automatic filling and sealing the tubes. Tube coding in the seal area and tube trimming are also automatic operations performed prior to tube discharge.

PK CFM Empty Containers are fed manually or automatically through turn table. The empty containers are carried by the belt conveyor up to the filling station. At the filling station containers are pushed forward though a chute on a platform below the filling nozzles and the filling operation takes place. After containers are filled and further pushed forward on the collection platform and the process goes on with an accuracy of +/- 0.1%. Filling Speed: 180 CPM
