The new series cartoning machine built with “BALCONY” design, allowing the mechanical working parts separated from the packaging area. It respects the present accident prevention maintenance and hygienic laws. The machine works with intermittent motion and with electric synchronisms controls. PLC controlled; parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen. Equipped with conveyor type box magazine for easy loading boxes and change over to new box size is easy.

We can offer an optional mechanical hand to achieve the labeling on the cases and cases stocking for further transportation. The stable speed of this machine can reach 4 cases per minute. It is used for automatic labeling and printing different bottles in pharmacy industry such as ampoule bottle, vial bottle, oral bottle and so on. Bottle dialing device is used to separate the bottles. It only needs to change the bottle dialing roller when bottles are changed. One machine can be used for different sizes of bottles. Roller chain conveyor ensures accurate and stable labeling. Labeling speed is 200-300 bottles/min.

This machine is used for production of food products, beverages, liquid chemicals, pharmaceutical products and cosmetics, toiletries, lube & edible oil, pesticides & ancillaries, etc. Synchronous transmission system with a strap, changing any strap can finish in 3 min. it maintains more easily and simply, and it does not affect to manufacture. It is suitable for the containers of φ30-120mm. Capacity is 100 BPM.
