This type of machine is suitable for beverages, drinking water, beer, wine, infusion bottles and other suchlike packaging, which can be packed without tray and with a firm and beautiful appearance. Max. packing size is 600×400×350 mm; packing speed is 40 – 45 bags per minute.

Designed for unscrambling bottles coming to the machine in bulk. Controlled by PLC, parameters are set via touchscreen. To operate the machine compressed air with a pressure of 0.7 MPa is needed. Depending on the model the machine can handle bottles from 50 to 96 mm in diameter and 165 – 310 mm in height.

The machine can arrange the products according to the requirement of the package. It has the advantage of wide application, especially can be combined with the packing assembly line, easy move, computerized, easy operation and stability. It is suitable for packing bottles, cartons, bags, etc. Cartoning speed is 8 – 24 cartons per minute.
