GF-600 is the in-line filler with fully automatic functions, comprising of 6 pieces of gear pump and it can make a 0.9 liter output per second. In addition, GF-600 can be equipped with more gear module to meet higher demands of filling, if necessary. Could be designed to be as 8 filling heads according to customer’s requirements.

In case of bottle filling or incorrect positioning, all motions stop automatically. Caps are orientated by vibration machine, providing automatic cap unloading and pressing. LS08-P3 is a pencil filling machine which specifically designed for filling high viscosity materials, such as eyeliners or eyebrow pencils. It comes in with 10-liter double jacket (air tight) tank. The stirring speed and temperature are adjustable. During stand-by mode, the piston will continue to work circulating the filling in the tank. All steps are processed and monitored by PLC and servo motor to ensure the fluency of production.
Designed for filling small bottles with nail polish. The frame of machine is made of SUS material and aluminum extrusion. The machine can fill and cap 6 bottles at the same time and reach the capacity of 50 – 60 bottles per minute.
