Description
Designed for automatic production of hot filling mould products such as high-quality lipstick, lip balm, cosmetic pencil etc. For filling the machine has 3 main stages: pre-heating, filling and cooling. Capacity is 45-60 lipsticks/min (10 nozzle filling heads). PLC (Mitsubishi) controlled; parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen. To operate the machine needs compressed air supply with a pressure of 0.6 - 0.8 MPa.
