The model 680 Pressure Sensitive Case Labeler is a fully automatic labeler especially designed for ease of operation. It comes with a self-teaching label gap sensor that makes set up uncomplicated and trouble-free. The machine has a high rate of consistency with a fixed conveyor speed of 680 ipm. It is designed for accurate placement of labels on cases and boxes. Standard features on the 680 Case Labeler are a self-teaching label gap sensor, a microprocessor control, and stepper-driven labeling applicator.
The Paradigm 700NR Labeler is a variable speed, fully automatic labeling machine. It can apply labels to non-round containers and with the addition of a wrap station can label round containers as well. It will apply two labels (front and back) since two labeling heads are utilized. The machine utilizes all stainless steel and aluminum construction and off-the-shelf components rather than proprietary boards and motors.
The Paradigm 700NW is a fully automatic labeling machine capable of applying two body labels and a neck label to round bottles in the standard configuration. The machine can also be configured for the application of front and back labels only or one body label and a neck label only. In a two-body configuration the machine can apply front and back labels to both round and non-round containers.
The Paradigm 700 is a completely new shift from current designs. The conveyor height, width, and length can be reconfigured, along with the direction of the machine (left hand or right hand) and one of three labeling styles – wrap, spin-in-place, or trunnion style. Changing your line layout or the packages you run does not make the labeler you already purchased obsolete. The machine is loaded with nice features: all stainless steel and aluminum construction, off-the-shelf components rather than proprietary boards and motors, a stepper-driven applicator and a standard touchscreen interface on all models. All speeds on every 700 are synchronized together to avoid common labeling errors, and our Autoset bottle measurement and recipe system ensure easy setups and changeovers.
The Model 700SP is a fully automatic and self-contained labeler designed to apply one or two body labels to round containers. Note that for two label applications (front and back) the labels must be alternating from the same web. This machine also is capable of applying clear labels. It precisely controls web feed and placement by utilizing Spin-in-Place labeling techniques in addition to a stepper labeling drive. Spin-in-Place means that the label starting point is referenced from the wall of the container instead of the base, which is generally a better reference point. Gripper plates are designed to the bottle diameter for increased accuracy. Label placement accuracy is excellent on this machine.
The model 1000SS Redundant-head Labeler is a fully automatic labeler designed for high speed labeling on round bottles without losing downtime for label roll changeovers.
The fully automatic Model 1000 Vacuum Gate Labeler has a PLC interface that easily controls all machine functions. It is designed with two vacuum gates across the conveyor. When a product is sensed, a label is dispensed across the conveyor and held in place by the two vacuum gates. The container travels down the conveyor until it makes contact with the label. The vacuum gates open and allow the container to continue along the conveyor. The gates also serve as the wiping mechanism.
The Model 1200SP is a fully automatic and self-contained labeler designed to apply one or two body labels to round containers. Note that for two label applications (front and back) the labels must be alternating from the same web. This machine also is capable of applying a neck label. This machine excels in label placement accuracy.
The Model 1000FS Pressure Sensitive Labeler uses feed screw infeed to increase precision spacing, accuracy, and speed. It is designed to apply one body label only on round bottles and on one side of a rectangular bottle. It is also equipped with a servo-driven label applicator. The 1000FS precisely controls web feed and label placement through the use of a single feed screw, powerful PLC, quality photo-eye and gap sensors, and a sophisticated electronic braking drive. There is no clutch/brake mechanism that will wear out. All machine functions are controlled through the PLC interface.
The Model 1500NR Labeler is designed to apply front and back labels to non-round bottles at speeds up to 150 bottles per minute with excellent label placement accuracy. With the inclusion of our wrap station assembly, the Model 1500NR Labeler can apply single full wraps to round bottles, making it truly a versatile labeler. It is also capable of applying a neck label. The Model 1500NR Labeler has been designed for ease of use and convenience.
