The manufacturer of facial and body care cosmetics from the Moscow region, "Aravia," is expanding the sales markets for its products. The company has signed a cooperation agreement with "Umai Group," one of the leading retail networks in Kyrgyzstan, according to a press release from the Ministry of Investment, Industry, and Science of the Moscow region.
"In recent times, the Kyrgyzstan market has been developing dynamically, especially in the consumer goods sector. We have been observing growing interest in our products in the professional segment for the past four years. This became a key factor in our decision to enter the mass retail market. For instance, during the first half of 2025, the company's sales in Kyrgyzstan amounted to 16.5 million rubles. In quantitative terms, this exceeds 52,000 units of product. Facial creams are among the top sellers. We expect gradual sales growth and plan to reach a volume of approximately 50 million rubles within the next year," shared Oleg Vostrikov, CEO of the company "Aravia."
He noted that Moscow-region cosmetics have long been known in Kyrgyzstan due to their use in the professional segment.
The cosmetics manufacturer "Aravia" opened a new factory this year in Protvino, Moscow Region, investing 700 million rubles in the construction and equipment of the first phase of the production complex, which spans over 9,000 square meters. The land for the project was provided to the company as part of the regional import substitution program. With the launch of the new factory, the company plans to increase production capacity by 40%, raising the annual output of cosmetics to 40 million units.
